Pinamamahalaan ng Mga Tuntunin at Kundisyon ng Negosyo ang paglikha at pamamahala ng Mga Business Account, na nagpapahintulot sa mga user na nagmamay-ari ng negosyo na pataasin ang kanilang pakikipag-ugnayan sa negosyo sa Viber. Maaari kang lumikha ng isang profile ng negosyo sa Viber upang isulong ang iyong mga produkto at mga serbisyo at magkaroon ng mga direktang interaksyon sa iyong mga kustomer, kabilang ang sa pamamagitan ng isang espesyal na one-on-one na pakikipag-chat.
