Validation Agent

We are looking for a Validation Agent to join the team and provide quick, high-quality moderation to protect our users from offensive, dangerous or otherwise extreme user-generated content and to protect Viber from damaging content as well.
Requirements:
- English – Upper-Intermediate level/familiarity with colloquialisms. Other language – an advantage
- Ability to analyze context and use good judgement in flagging problematic or damaging content
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor in stressful situations (stress management, resilience and composure)
- Thick skin to potentially offensive or extreme content (visual and textual)
- Good sense of humor!
- Eye for detail
- Skilled multi-tasker
- Previous experience in similar position – major advantage.
Terms of employment:
- Full working day
- 8-hours shifts (mix from 9:00-18:00, 13:00-22:00, 5 shifts per week, including Saturday and Sunday)
