As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for technical and commercial positions.
You will work with hiring managers from the job opening until the new employee joins, including collaborating with external sources, conducting active sourcing, leading and managing the pipeline.
You come with experience in hiring for both commercial and technical roles; and have a deep understanding on aligning hiring to the business strategy. You enjoy working in an international environment, partnering with business leaders from all over the globe to engage top talent from our key markets across Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Talent Acquisition team (HR Department)
- Leading hiring processes from launching positions with hiring managers, executing sourcing strategies to identifying the best talent
- Managing job listings on both internal and external channels
- Screening resumes and performing HR interviews to determine which candidates meet Viber’s requirements
- Partnering and mentoring hiring managers to determine staffing needs and coordinating interviews
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Conducting reference and background checks for advanced candidates
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (R&D roles, Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience hiring in global markets (Europe & APAC)
- Experienced with talent hunting through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
- Able to work in a dynamic and growing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces, both in Hebrew and English
