Rakuten Viber is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for Business Messaging to support our strategic clients in Ukraine. If you have a passion for sales, solutioning, and customer success, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach to drive business growth, we’d love to hear from you! 

You will play a crucial part in driving growth, optimizing solutions, and ensuring customer success, helping businesses leverage Viber’s potential to reach millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, value-driven business cases that demonstrate the impact of Viber Business Messaging for customers
  • Establish strong connections with business, technical, customer experience, and marketing leaders to position Viber Business Messaging as a strategic platform
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners business objectives and align Viber solutions to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Develop strategies to manage sales pipelines and meet revenue goals by forecasting, assessing risks, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Leverage existing solutions and collaborate with partners to build customized solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with Support & Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Provide insights to product and engineering teams to help close product gaps and unlock new market opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven ability to lead and drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Skilled in orchestrating virtual selling teams and leveraging scalable, repeatable solutions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • In-depth understanding of the SMS & Mobile App industry, including competitor offerings and market trends
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with large-scale systems and business operations
