We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be managing daily office operations, coordinating facilities and vendor relations, overseeing office supplies and services, providing administrative support to employees and management, and staffing the front desk.
This is an on-site position at our office in Bnei Brak, working hours from 9-18.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Act as a point of contact for facilities management and maintenance issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relations.
- Welcome visitors, including guests, vendors, service providers, candidates, etc.
- Oversee office management tasks: kitchenettes (food & supplies), cleaning services/staff, office supplies, postal services, shipping, customs, meeting rooms, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and employees, including subsidized meals, delivery services, parking passes, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee attendance reporting.
- Address employee requests and provide solutions while collaborating with other departments to maintain strong communication.
- Staff the front desk as part of the role.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a high-tech environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Service-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
- Always willing to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
