International HR Admin

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Admin to join the team! The HR Admin will be working with the global HR team in delivering crucial programs and initiatives to enhance Viber’s best product- our people. This individual will be an integral part of the local office, and HR team, keeping the team on top of processes, and ensuring the integrity of data and documents. The ideal candidate is a confident problem solver, strong communicator, and meticulously organized. This individual must be interested in working with people from all corners of the world, is patient, and has precise accuracy in his or her work. A successful individual is able to pick up on the needs of the team quickly, and respond accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general HR and recruiting operation needs; actively participate in global HR initiatives– from inception phase to delivery
  • Manage highly confidential information and reports from global HR, finance and legal in various jurisdictions
  • Coordinate and manage processes related to onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll updates, and more
  • Develop HR programs such as well-being, recognition, and employer branding
  • Maintain HR documents for distribution to employees, and prepare communications
  • Partner closely with local Leadership for in-office initiatives to increase team engagement
  • Support the international  recruitment team with internal admin, and various stages of the recruitment process. 
  • Escalate HR matters to appropriate individuals of the HR team to assist with addressing employee and team needs
  • Assist in organizing team events (virtual and in-person); work with global vendors in purchasing, and shipping merchandise
  • Order and manage IT equipment for global teams; be the point of contract in the local team for office related needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; 1 year in a recruitment and/or HR related support role
  • Business level proficiency in MS Excel, and PowerPoint; and understanding of Google Suite
  • Experience working in a role supporting a global team; a plus for experience partnering with legal and finance on contracts and budget
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines; a sense of urgency is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tact and diplomacy for dealing with internal associates as well as external clients
  • Strong attention to detail, strong ability with numbers, and outstanding organizational skills
