As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll guide our global recruitment efforts across Europe and Asia, partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals, measure and meet key recruitment metrics, and build a seamless, world-class experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Your leadership will inspire and support a passionate team of recruiters, while your expertise will ensure Viber attracts top talent to drive the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team: Guide and mentor a diverse, global team of recruiters, helping them grow in their careers while ensuring high performance and a collaborative team culture.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international job openings across commercial and technical roles.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Take ownership of delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Ensure Viber is known for its welcoming and transparent hiring process.
- Data-Driven Insights: Optimize recruitment reporting and analytics, identifying key metrics to measure success, and applying data to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.
- Process & Systems Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes and systems (e.g., Comeet, Workday) to improve efficiency and ensure the best hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR on contract management, onboarding, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
- Recruiting Campaigns: Oversee recruiting campaigns, including webinars, meetups, referral programs, and other employer branding activities to attract top-tier talent.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a global tech company, with a proven track record of successful placements in both commercial and technical roles.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of professional recruiters and supporting their growth and success.
- Global Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience working in a global recruitment function, with an understanding of market nuances in regions such as Europe and Asia.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is driven by achieving results, solving problems creatively, and finding innovative ways to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Operations: Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process optimization, and how to leverage systems to create efficiencies. Familiarity with Comeet and Workday (or similar tools).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to make informed decisions and track recruitment effectiveness. Comfortable with analyzing metrics to drive ongoing improvements in quality and speed of hiring.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, structure work processes efficiently, and lead with autonomy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and other tools related to recruitment and talent management.
