We are looking for an innovative Creative Marketing Team Lead who is passionate about branding, creative and leadership. Know how to drive measurable growth and plan to leverage AI tools to do so. This individual will report to the Director of Creative and Product Design and play a key role in elevating Viber’s creative language across branding, acquisition, internal communications, and more.
Responsibilities
As the Creative Team Lead, you will lead a team of marketing, motion, and brand designers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating the company’s business strategy into brand and creative strategy, delivering impactful creative campaigns across channels.
- Driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to enhance creative workflows and marketing impact.
- Owning and maintaining the brand’s look and feel, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Developing and evolving the creative strategy for Viber’s portfolio of products, catering to diverse user segments across different regions.
- Bringing fresh, innovative ideas and brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and social media engagement.
- Managing creative projects end to end, from ongoing digital marketing activities to high-profile feature and product launches.
Requirements
- Proactive and results-oriented: A self-starter who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and ensures projects are completed successfully.
- AI enthusiast: Passionate about leveraging AI tools for creative and marketing innovation, with a proven track record or strong interest in integrating AI into workflows.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of designers in a global company
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, branding, or creative roles, with a focus on B2C products
- 2+ years of experience in project management, with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of marketing trends, best practices, and creative strategies for global markets.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative projects, develop brand strategies, and deliver impactful campaigns.
