Viber offers a platform for users to share their thoughts freely and communicate openly. We are looking for a Content Moderation Agent to join the team and provide quick, high-quality moderation to protect our users from offensive, dangerous or otherwise extreme user-generated content and to protect Viber from damaging content as well.
Responsibilities
- Check content and keep the platform safe for users according to our policy
- Help users with technical issues and general questions related to their communities and channels
- Gather feedback/information and pay attention to trends.
Requirements
- English B2+
- Other languages – an advantage
- Ability to analyze context and use good judgment in flagging problematic or damaging content
- Ability to maintain calm demeanor in stressful situations (stress management, resilience and composure)
- Thick skin as you will be exposed to potentially offensive or extreme content (visual and textual)
- Good sense of humor!
- Eye for detail and skilled multi-tasker
- Previous experience in similar position – major advantage.
