We are looking for a Content Moderation Agent to join the team and provide quick, high-quality moderation to protect our users from offensive, dangerous or otherwise extreme user-generated content and to protect Viber from damaging content as well.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Platform Safety: Review and moderate content to maintain a safe environment for users in alignment with our policies
- Provide User Support: Assist users with technical issues and answer general inquiries about their communities and channels
- Monitor Trends and Gather Insights: Collect user feedback, identify patterns, and stay alert to emerging trends to improve user experience
Requirements
- Proficient in English (B2+ level); additional languages are a plus
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Attention to Detail & Multitasking Ability: Sharp eye for detail and skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong Analytical Skills: Capable of evaluating content and using sound judgment to identify problematic or harmful material
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to maintain composure and resilience in high-stress situations
- Emotional Resilience: Comfortable handling exposure to potentially sensitive or offensive content (both visual and text-based)
