Brand Integrations, Bots and Campaign Results Reign Supreme

Viber hit the road and trekked across Zagreb, Belgrade and Budapest in November to host brands and agencies to shed light on how Viber is empowering brands to succeed. Topics included a year in review, our product roadmap and success stories to share best practices for existing and new partners.

While conversations varied by workshop, here were the key findings of the trip:

Full Viber-brand integration has mass appeal

Brands need more touchpoints to send a consumer from awareness to conversion, so why not use various engagement tools in the same environment? Welcome Viber’s 360 degree offering that can give brands multiple ways to peak consumers’ interests. Rather than just deploy an ad, Sticker Pack or a Public Account, brands can now use our entire product suite to engage, connect and transact new and existing consumers. Many of our partners have implemented and leveraged these components of our product suite to great success.

Bots are not just a trendy thing.

It seems as if every brand and marketer is testing and using some sort of a chatbot. We’ve seen major success with partners in all industries—from FC Barcelona to Addiko Bank—build and use bots on Viber. As the team walked through the simplicity and various applications of bots, there was immediate interest and excitement about how bots can help grow your customer engagement.

Unsurprisingly proven success matters to everyone.

Brands all need tangible proof to invest in a product, yet brands that have already seen success with said product are not always willing to publicly share that information. Viber is very fortunate that our teams have incredible relationships with our partners and they share these results. Whether it be CTR, vitality rate or overall ROI the proof is truly in the performance and it pays dividends.

Our team was incredibly thoughtful, strategic and scrappy in executing these workshops and the momentum has been impressive.
